How to use this:
MagnesiumOil Soak is a very gentle way to increase your body’s magnesium levels, simply add to a foot or body bath for the ultimate in relaxation.
For a foot bath
Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
For a body bath
Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
Every 50ml delivers 7g of elemental magnesium in its most absorbable form. It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week. Increase frequency as required.
